1. General

• These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services. By using our website, you accept these terms in full.

• In making a booking via this website, you must provide accurate details and are responsible for any failure to do so.

• You hereby warrant to Golden Minibuses that you are at least eighteen years of age and legally able to make the booking.

• Please do not use our website if you disagree with any of these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• Payment must be made in full or as a deposit as specified at the time of booking.

• Any additional costs, such as ferry charges, driver’s accommodation, and food, are the responsibility of the hirer. Alternatively, you may request the company to include these costs in the overall price.

3.  Invoice and Receipts

• Golden Minibuses will issue an invoice within 24 hours of booking confirmation.

• Payment receipts are issued immediately upon receipt of payment.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Once we’ve received your confirmation and deposit for a booking, please note that the 

  deposit is non-refundable. Here’s how our cancellation charges work:

  • More than 14 days before the journey: A cancellation fee of 45% of the total 

  booking cost will apply.

  • Between 7 and 14 days before the journey: A cancellation fee of 57% of the 

  booking cost will apply.

  • Between 48 hours and 7 days before the journey: A cancellation fee of 79% of the 

  booking cost will apply.

  • Less than 48 hours before the journey: The full booking cost will be charged.

5. Use of Services

• Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

• Hot food and hot drinks are not allowed on board.

• The consumption of alcohol on board is prohibited unless prior notification is given to the company before booking.

• The company may require a security deposit to permit alcohol consumption on board, ensuring cleanliness and driver satisfaction.

7. Liability

• Golden Minibuses is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the hirer for the service.

8. Privacy

• We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your personal information.

9. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our website and services signifies your acceptance of any updated terms.

10. Governing Law
